Please feel free to adapt any of these activities to better support your student. Try to let them do as much of it as they can on their own, but supports can be provided through cueing, physical and/or hand over hand assistance.

Some activities can be completed virtually while others have printable versions. There are a variety of resources which are tailored all levels of performance. Please select one that is most appropriate for your student. Try to foster as much independence as possible, but either cues or physical assistance can be
provided to help student be successful.
Down Dog is offering a free app for all students to help reduce stress and move towards better physical and mental health through physical exercise and activity. All of their apps – Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout are free until July 1st for all students and teachers.
