On Friday, November 17th 2023, the Durand team once again returned to it’s annual celebration of staff with the Employee Luncheon! With Service Awards given to dedicated individuals with 5, 10, 15, 20 and even 25 years of service, it was a wonderful opportunity to commemorate the many years of phenomenal support and continuity of care for which Durand is best known.

Organized by Rosemary Smith, VP. of HR. and the rest of her phenomenal team, the event held at Adelphia’s in Deptford, NJ was a fantastic success. The 300+ employees enjoyed a catered lunch, enjoyed a rousing game of “Kahoot!” (sponsored by Cigna) and had the opportunity to win prizes. Additionally, the Durand Foundation presented four individuals with the Dr. Durand Schulmann Leadership Award. All acknowledged recipients received a certificate, monetary award and heart-felt words of gratitude from CEO Ray Cristofoletti. Congratulations and THANK YOU for your time and dedication to the Durand mission of helping individuals with special needs learn and grow in a safe environment.
